Do Consumers Really Care About the Ethical Considerations of Fishing?

A new survey conducted by TÜV SÜD finds that ethical and social considerations are not as important to German consumers as nutrition and freshness when buying fish. The survey found that 66 percent of Germans feel that date of catch is most important and over half want to see nutrition information displayed on the package.
